"It's only words, and words are all I have, to take your heart away." —Bee Gees
This novel is so good it made me want to read more from Liane Moriarty. Exciting and suspenseful, it's a book about serious social issues regarding women, marriage and family disguised as a murder mystery with a sprinkling of chick lit. The ending is satisfying with a few twists — some unexpected, some I saw a mile away — that tie up all the threads together. It's very easy to judge other people, but throughout the story we learn that some of the people we think have everything in life may not be as lucky as they seem, while some of the ones we view negatively may not be as bad as they seem either.
