"It's only words, and words are all I have, to take your heart away." —Bee Gees
A solid, quick YA read. The first person plural narration by the generation of gay men who died of AIDS in the 1980s lends the book a certain poignancy, but at some points their parts rather distract from the stories of the multiple boys in the present. The ending is ambiguous, but it might have been intended that way.
